New premises incoming

We have to confess that we’ve been keeping a secret…

Since January we have been working hard to move from our existing premises to a fantastic new facility less than five minutes from our original site and on the same business park.

As the business continued to grow, and with an ambitious five-year plan for even more growth, we needed a new manufacturing facility that would support this.

Luckily, we didn’t have to look far.

The new facility of 140,000 sq ft was a blank canvas where we were able to re-configure our entire operations to ensure we were able to optimise the layout to allow a highly efficient process flow.

Additionally, we have new staff facilities, a beautiful new reception area, office areas with open spaces and separate meeting rooms to welcome customers and hold our team briefings, and plenty of room for further expansion.

All existing machinery moved to the new site along with a new Eterna Flat Bed Die Cutter joining our capabilities and new materials handling lines to ensure raw material and work flow through the factory seamlessly.

Bob Kozculab, Managing Director, Jardin Corrugated commented; “Whilst maintaining high levels of customer service during the transition period it has been a very intense few months, but the entire team have pulled together to make it happen and the new site is looking superb”.

“Whilst we have been working across both sites in various ways over the last few weeks, our last day at our old site, which has been home to the business since the late 1940’s, is on 30th June.
“It truly is the end of an era, but the start of a very exciting new chapter for the business and our people.”
